There’s very few kids around that don’t love to cook or help in the kitchen.  There are many different venues for your kids to take cooking lessons in Hong Kong. We’ve gathered some of the more popular ones and put them here so you can learn a bit about each one and see which one or ones appeal to you the most.

When a child learns to cook, you are not only teaching them a skill they will carry with them for life, you are providing them with a chance to create, develop self confidence and maybe even find a career path when they are older.

The Kidchen – These 1 and ½ hour cooking lessons take place in specially designed mini kitchens.  Each week there will be a new recipe for your children to attack and master.

Cooking lessons are the perfect way to expand your child’s creativity.  They will also learn about nutrition and as a family you all can have a special family time learning to make muffins, dim sum, cookies and more.  Classes are HK $280 and up, per lesson.

Kidchen is located at Unit F, 1st Floor, Sum Way Mansion, 1 Belcher’s Street, Western.  You can reach them by phone by calling +852 9522 3003
